Pour-over

Add 2 scoops (10g x 2) of Camden blend ground coffee to the filter paper. Gently tap the dripper to level the grounds.

Start pouring water over the grounds enough to cover all the coffee. Allow coffee to bloom for 30 seconds.

Pour hot water slowly into the centre and the outwards towards the edges of the dripper in a circular motion to pour about 340ml. Pour in cups and enjoy hot. Serves 2
